Magnum Technical Services provides multi-trade industrial and technical services, specializing in millwrights, machinists, welders, pipe fitters, and skilled labour to industrial facilities in Canada and around the world. Magnum works in many industries including power generation, food processing, grain handling, forestry, manufacturing, and more.
With a focus on performance, safety, and quality, Magnum gets the job done on time and above customer expectations. We aim to keep the lines of communication open throughout the project to handle challenges and keep the project on task.

Jason Taylor
With over 30 years of experience in the power generation industry, Jason is a dual-ticketed Red Seal Journeyman Millwright and Machinist. His deep technical expertise and hands-on approach have enabled him to successfully lead and execute a wide range of complex industrial projects.
Known for his strong leadership, reliability, and commitment to exceeding client expectations, Jason has played a pivotal role in shaping Magnum’s reputation for excellence. His proven track record and dedication to the industry drives Magnum’s growth and vision.
Tom Arno
Tom has worked for over 25 years in the power generation industry as an Interprovincial Journeyman Machinist with many years of experience in project management.
Tom’s knowledge and experience in industrial project management and customer service ensures Magnum’s continued success when taking on the most challenging projects.
Todd Bond
Todd brings many years of machining experience to Magnum, having most recently managed a large machining and fabrication facility in Saskatoon. Todd’s wealth of knowledge in machining has been invaluable to Magnum’s growth in being able to offer complete in-house fabrication, welding, and machining services.
In addition to shop services at Magnum, Todd also leads and manages many of our local service projects, ensuring they are executed with precision, efficiency, and a high standard of quality.
Robin Taylor
Robin’s background in business management and team leadership has been a vital asset to Magnum as the company continues to grow and establish itself as a leading force in the industry.
Robin oversees all aspects of finance, human resources, marketing, and accounting, while also providing critical support in project management, company leadership, and business development. Robin’s adaptability and proactive approach enable her to take on a wide range of responsibilities, ensuring that the operational side of the business runs smoothly amidst the demands of a dynamic and evolving industry.
Josh Terry
Josh started at Magnum as our Safety Coordinator and has quickly been able to take on more responsibilities that extend to quality management, apprenticeship coordination, fleet oversight, and project support duties.
His experience and training in health and safety has supported Magnum in several key areas, including the implementation and administration of Site Docs, the efficient and detailed execution of safety audits, ongoing safety management and leadership of team meetings, and the accurate reporting and costing of large-scale projects.
